Finance Executive Finance Department
Job Description

Job Description

Account payable

  • Process monthly Accounts Payable and payment run in a timely accurate manner. Ensure all documents are complete and approved prior to payment run.
  • Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in accounting system.
  • Obtain payment authorization, arrange mailing of cheques and mail payment advices to the vendor.
  • Maintain prior filling of payment documents
  • Prepare month end accrual listing
  • Monitor vendors outstanding to ensure payment are up to date
  • Prepare documents for new vendor creation or vendor maintenance.
  • Prepare payment schedule
  • Process donation submission on working Saturday and provide support to Collection Team
  • Verify donation details in donation system
  • Support cash counting for fund raising and other events.
    Others ad hoc duties to assigned.

Jobs Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
  • Able to speak and write in English and Chinese as need to liaise with Chinese Associate.
  • Possess good communication skill at all levels
  • At least 3 relevant working experience.
  • Able to work independently and with team in a fast pace and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Humanistic Youth Centre Manager Educational Developement Department
Job Description
  • Design programmes that are aligned to the objectives of the youth activity centre
  • Responsible for the operations and effective delivery of the programmes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the programmes
  • Publicise the programmes through appropriate communication channels (purpose, impact, etc)
  • Work with strategic partners to curate, coordinate, implement, monitor and review programmes and services
  • Organise outreach activities to relevant youth communities/targeted profiles to increase awareness and participation.
  • Monitor budgets of programmes by ensuring optimal use of allocated budget
  • Manage the administrative matters and general affairs of the centre
  • Manage volunteers

Social Service Administrative Assistant Charity Development Department
Job Description
  • Provide general administrative support for social services under the Charity Development Department
  • Assist in email correspondence and registration of new referrals
  • Create, update and maintain case profiles and data records
  • Handle finance-related matters such as procurement, processing of claims/expenses, etc.
  • Issue approval letters and relevant documents for care recipients
  • Ensure proper upkeep of documentation / filing system

  • Provide TCM consultation and treatments that include acupuncture, Tuina, cupping and Chinese medicine.
  • Participate in the development and/or conduct of the free clinic activities, including staff co-training program and TCM Health talks & outreach.

Volunteer Management Executive Volunteer Development Department
Job Description

Project Management

  • working with colleagues/volunteer leaders in identifying problem or areas of improvement, problem study & analysis, formulating solution or proposal, implementing solution, reporting outcomes.
  • Example: improving volunteering experience in one of Tzu Chi charity programs, improving the effectiveness of community outreach)

Event Management

  • working with various departments and volunteers in coordinating event, including planning phase, preparation phase and the actual event.
  • Items to coordinate include program flow, audio-visual, publicity, logistics, manpower management and volunteer mobilization, transport and accommodation, budget monitoring, expense record and claim
  • Example of events: blood donation drives, talks, volunteer gatherings, major events with crowd size of 500 ~ 5,000)
  • Management of volunteer general meetings: preparing meeting agenda and meeting minutes
  • Other supportive/ administrative works of volunteer-related activities
  • At least GCE A-level with good results (General Paper and Chinese grade B or above, pass in 3 H2 subjects), undergraduate degree preferred
  • Technical skills: Computational skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Cloud system), proficient in Chinese and English language (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Soft skills/attributes: Team spirit, resourcefulness, event management, project management, self-learning ability, attention to details, passions, patience, tolerance of cultural differences.
  • Preferably with working experience (1 year or above)

Job Description

• To attend matters and assist in daily normal functioning of free clinic
• Establishes schedules of physician and volunteer, space and equipment to ensure conformance with overall company objectives

Job Description
  • Support day-to-day HR duties
  • Manage application, renewal & cancellation of work pass for foreign workers
  • Administer HR letters (ie. Employment Contract, Confirmation, Extension probation)
