HR Executive HR Department
  • Full spectrum of HR operations including compensation & benefits, payroll, recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, training & development support
  • Manage full spectrum of recruitment function including job portal posting, shortlisting, interviewing, profiling and offering.
  • Review candidate’s CV and gather hiring manager comment and prepare salary proposal to GM and CEO
  • Conduct Orientation/Induction for new join staff.
  • Processing all Government Claims (NS, Childcare, Maternity, etc)
  • Update and maintenance of Payroll system
  • Regular generating of employees’ leave reports and all other letters
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, includes handling foreign employees’ work passes.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism and other employee disputes.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of HR.
  • Possesses Bachelor Degree's in Business or HR Management.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills ie. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Strong experience in dealing with employee matters, labour laws and work relations in Singapore
  • Must be able to read and write mandarin to liaise with non English speaking employee.

Job Descriptions

  • Oversee the planning and organisation of a quality Early Childhood programme in line
  • with the centre’s guidelines.
  • Guide staff in the holistic development and care for the children, and build a safe and
  • conducive environment that best meets their needs.
  • Guide and support the development and implementation of teaching and learning
  • approaches and resources, as well as best practices to enhance the learning
  • experiences for the children.
  • Manage operations, which include student enrolment, finance, procurement and
  • administration.
  • Oversee professional development and well-being of staff.
  • Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct staff development activities.
  • To cooperate with the staff and participate in activities organized by the Tzu Chi
  • Organization.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L)
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Strong leadership qualities and people management skills.
  • Good knowledge of curriculum and instruction and is skilful at curriculum evaluation and staff appraisal.

  • 严格执行幼教中心安全工作管理制度,加强对幼儿的行为习惯教育,培养幼儿良好的行为习惯。
  • 严格执行卫生保健制度,管理本班幼儿生活;妥善保管幼儿衣物和本班的设备和用具;负责和落实本班教室、设备、环境的清洁卫生。
  • 认真及时制订教育活动计划,准备教材,引导幼儿主动学习。观察、分析并记录幼儿发展情况,因材施教。
  • 根据教育内容,定期更换、精心布置课室环境,为区域活动提供符合班幼儿身心发展。
  • 热情接待家长,了解全班幼儿家长的基本情况及家庭教育情况,有计划地进行家访并做记录。
  • 热忠于幼儿教育事业、乐于与家长沟通交流、 工作态度积极主动、自立性强 友善亲和、团队合作意识强、持有以下的学历证书或正修读以下培训课程 :
  • 学前教育大专文凭 - 领导(DECCE-T&L)或
  • 学前教育大专文凭 – 教学(DECCE-T / DPE-T)或
  • 学前教育证书 / 学前保育和教育证书(CPT / CECCE)或
  • 其他受儿童早期发展局(ECDA)认可的同等学历证书
Staff Nurse Medical Service Department
  • Demonstrate a high standard of professional and person conduct to ensure treatments and clinical nursing procedures are carried out in accordance to the standard of nursing practice.
  • Participate in initiating and implementing change to improve the quality of care and work processes in the clinic.
  • Demonstrate interest in improving and upgrading nursing knowledge and skills by attending in-service talks, courses or seminars.
  • Ensure smooth operations of various procedures done in the clinic.
  • Maintain effective communication and interpersonal relations with clients/families, external and internal customers.
  • Maintain clean and safe environment.
  • Handle sensitive information with highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ensure PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines is observed.
  • Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
  • Passion to work in this service
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess SNB certificate is a must
  • At least 2 years of related working experience.

Preschool Teacher (English) Tzu Chi Great Love PreSchool
  • Nurture and educate children from 18 months - 6 years
  • Ensure well-being of the children in the centre especially safety and development
  • Assess the needs of the children
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids and conduct lessons
  • Record children's daily routine
  • Communicate regularly with parents
  • Posses Diploma in Early Childhood Care or equivalent recognized by ECDA
  • Good communications skill
  • Able to work well with Children and Families
  • Familiar with Child Care Act and Regulation
