Vegetarian Lunar New Year Dishes to Reset Your Taste Buds

Would you be interested in trying a vegetarian Buddha Jumps Over the Wall that retains the same taste as the original?   

With the Lunar New Year approaching, Tzu Chi Continuing Education Centre once again held a cooking class that saw participants learning how to cook nine New Year dishes over three lessons. Using natural ingredients instead of meat, they learnt how to create classic New Year dishes that are healthy and delicious. Many of the students are mothers who need to prepare dishes for their families during the festive season. They hope to apply what they have learnt and whip up healthy and delicious New Year dishes for their families as they gather for celebrations.
